The Aggregator — Affiliate Program Terms

Effective date: 3 August 2026 · Version: 2026-08-03-affiliate-milestones-v2 · Program: affiliate-l1-milestones-v1

This version supersedes version affiliate-milestones-v1 (effective date 30 July 2026) in full, with effect from 3 August 2026. It lowers the Qualification Threshold to USD 10,000 and measures it on the purchase amount itself, with nothing deducted — where the superseded version required USD 12,500 of a net "Qualifying Contribution" calculated after our costs. See Section 9.

These Affiliate Program Terms ("Terms") govern participation in The Aggregator's affiliate milestone programme (the "Program") operated by Xyro Gaming Limitada, cédula jurídica 3-102-930374, a company incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Costa Rica, with registered address at Puntarenas, Garabito, Jacó, Costado Este de la Municipalidad de Garabito ("The Aggregator", "we", "us"). They form a binding agreement between The Aggregator and the holder of an affiliate account who accepts them ("Affiliate", "you").

The Program rewards the introduction of new gaming operators to The Aggregator. It pays one-time milestone rewards based on the number of introduced operators that reach the Qualification Threshold — USD 10,000 of purchases from us, counted on the amount the operator actually paid, with nothing deducted (Sections 1 and 4). It is not a revenue-share, commission, or lifetime-percentage programme, and it does not entitle you to any share of operator spend. Any revenue-share or commission arrangement you may separately have with us is not part of the Program and is governed by its own terms; because it is credited to the same affiliate balance, Sections 6 and 8 of these Terms operate over that balance as a whole — see "Reward Balance" in Section 1.

Acceptance. You accept these Terms in-product, by confirming acceptance in the Telegram Mini App. That confirmation constitutes your electronic signature and creates a binding agreement. Each acceptance is recorded together with your account identifier, the version of these Terms, the document URL, a SHA-256 hash of the Canonical Text of these Terms, the acceptance channel, and the timestamp. Rewards accrue only while a valid acceptance of the then-current version of these Terms is on file for your account.

If you do not accept these Terms, you may still hold an affiliate account, but no milestone reward will unlock, accrue, or become payable to you.

1. Definitions

  • "Affiliate Account" — an account registered with The Aggregator with the affiliate account type, held by you and not deleted.
  • "Referral Link" — the referral URL or referral code issued to your Affiliate Account.
  • "Referred Operator" — an operator organisation that registered with The Aggregator through your Referral Link and is attributed to you as a direct (first-level) referral. Indirect, second-level, or downstream referrals do not count under the Program.
  • "Operator Group" — the corporate group to which a Referred Operator belongs, determined by us from KYB records as the operator's ultimate parent entity, or the operator entity itself where no parent is recorded. Every operator organisation is mapped to exactly one Operator Group, and that mapping is fixed once assigned.
  • "Effective Date" — the date shown in the heading of these Terms. Qualification is measured, and Milestone Rewards accrue, only in respect of the period from the Effective Date onward. Switching the Program on in our systems is a separate, operational step (Section 9): where it happens after the Effective Date, Settled Purchases from the Effective Date onward are counted back, so the delay takes nothing away from you.
  • "Settled Purchase" — a completed, settled purchase of platform capacity or credits by a Referred Operator, recorded by us as settled after the Effective Date of the Program. Pending, failed, unpaid, or pre-Effective-Date purchases are not Settled Purchases.
  • "Qualifying Purchases" — the running total, in US dollars, of the amounts paid for an Operator Group's Settled Purchases. It is the gross purchase amount: we deduct nothing from it — not amounts we owe game content providers, not payment-processing fees, not taxes, not any cost of ours, and not any internal allocation. Qualifying Purchases are never less than zero and are reduced by refunds and chargebacks as described in Section 4.4.
  • "Qualification Threshold" — USD 10,000 of cumulative Qualifying Purchases per Operator Group. Reaching it takes USD 10,000 of purchases, and nothing more: the amount the operator paid is the amount that counts.
  • "Qualified Operator" — an Operator Group that meets every condition in Section 4 at the time of measurement.
  • "Milestone" — a level in the table in Section 5, defined by a required number of Qualified Operators.
  • "Milestone Reward" — the one-time USD amount stated in Section 5 for a Milestone.
  • "Reward Balance" — the single USD-denominated balance of your Affiliate Account. Milestone Rewards, their reversals, and payout debits under these Terms are recorded in it. It is not exclusive to the Program: the same balance also carries any credits and debits arising under other arrangements between us and you — for example a revenue-share or commission arrangement — and those amounts are governed by the terms of those arrangements, not by these Terms. Section 6 (set-off) and Section 8 (payouts) operate over the Reward Balance as a whole, not over Milestone Rewards alone.
  • "Program Version" — the identifier of the programme configuration recorded in our systems: affiliate-l1-milestones-v1.
  • "Canonical Text" — the Markdown source of these Terms, published byte for byte at https://aggregator.gg/legal/affiliate-program-terms.md for as long as this version is the current version. It is the text that is hashed and pinned under Section 9, and it never changes within a version: any change to it is published as a new version (Section 9). The page at https://aggregator.gg/legal/affiliate-program-terms/ renders that same source for reading; where the rendering and the Canonical Text differ, the Canonical Text prevails.

2. Eligibility

  • You must hold an Affiliate Account in good standing and provide accurate registration and contact information.
  • You must be of legal age and legally able to enter into this agreement in your jurisdiction, and you must not be a resident of, or located in, a jurisdiction where participation is prohibited or where we are prohibited from making payments to you.
  • You must not be a person subject to applicable sanctions, and you must not act on behalf of such a person.
  • One person or legal entity may hold one Affiliate Account. Operating multiple Affiliate Accounts to accumulate referrals is a breach of Section 7.
  • Your marketing of The Aggregator must be lawful, truthful, and must not misrepresent our products, pricing, or your relationship with us.

3. Referrals and attribution

  • Only direct, first-level referrals recorded through your Referral Link at the time of operator registration count under the Program.
  • An operator organisation, and the Operator Group it belongs to, is attributed to at most one Affiliate Account. The first attribution recorded by our systems stands, and later claims by another Affiliate do not displace it.
  • Attribution is created by our systems from the referral record. Manual, retroactive, or self-declared attribution is not available.
  • A referral that our systems or our team flag as suspicious is excluded from the Program until the flag is cleared.

4. Qualified Operators

4.1 Conditions

An Operator Group counts as a Qualified Operator only while all of the following are true:

  • it is attributed to you as a direct referral under Section 3, and that referral is not flagged as suspicious;
  • the Referred Operator has progressed to at least the integrated stage of onboarding (integration completed, activity verified, or capacity purchased);
  • the Referred Operator's KYB (know-your-business) verification is approved;
  • its cumulative Qualifying Purchases have reached the Qualification Threshold of USD 10,000; and
  • we have not disqualified it under Section 4.5 or Section 7.

4.2 One group counts once

Qualification is measured per Operator Group, not per account. Several operator accounts belonging to the same corporate group are counted as one Qualified Operator, and their Qualifying Purchases are aggregated to a single threshold. Splitting one operator business across multiple accounts does not create multiple Qualified Operators.

4.3 Related parties do not qualify

An Operator Group does not qualify, and no Milestone Reward may arise from it, where you are the person who registered it, where you own or control the operator organisation or its Operator Group, where you are the beneficial owner of either, or where you are an active member of either organisation. Self-referrals and referrals of businesses under your control are excluded outright.

4.4 Measurement, refunds and reversals

  • Qualifying Purchases accumulate only from Settled Purchases and only from the Effective Date of the Program onward. Purchases settled before that date do not count, for any Affiliate.
  • A refund or chargeback reduces the Operator Group's accumulated Qualifying Purchases pro rata to the refunded share of the original purchase. A full refund removes the full amount of that purchase.
  • If a reduction takes an Operator Group below the Qualification Threshold, it ceases to be a Qualified Operator, and Section 6 applies to any Milestone Reward that depended on it.
  • Qualification is a continuing state, not a permanent award. It is re-measured whenever the underlying economic record changes.

4.5 Suspension of eligibility

We may declare an Operator Group ineligible where we identify fraud, abuse, chargeback abuse, sanctions or compliance concerns, breach of the operator's own agreement with us, or artificial or circular purchasing. Each such decision is recorded with a reason code and a reference to the underlying evidence. Where the concern is resolved, we may restore eligibility, and the Operator Group is then re-measured against Section 4.1.

4.6 Our records govern

The number of Qualified Operators, the Qualifying Purchases of each Operator Group, and every reward calculation are determined from our books and records, which are the sole basis for calculation under the Program. If you believe a determination is wrong, contact us under Section 13 within 30 calendar days, and we will review the calculation in good faith and correct any error we find.

5. Milestone rewards

Each Milestone pays once. Milestones are independent of one another: reaching a higher Milestone does not replace or cancel a lower one that has already been credited.

Qualified OperatorsMilestone reward (USD)
51,000
102,500
205,000
307,500
4010,000
5015,000
6020,000
7030,000
8550,000
100100,000

The Program has ten Milestones, ending at 100 Qualified Operators. An Affiliate that reaches every Milestone receives USD 241,000 in total. No further milestone reward is payable above 100 Qualified Operators under this Program Version.

A Milestone Reward is credited to your Reward Balance when all of the following are true:

  • the Program is active and reward crediting is enabled by us;
  • a valid acceptance by you of the then-current version of these Terms is on file; and
  • your count of Qualified Operators has reached the Milestone's required number.

If you accept these Terms at a time when your count of Qualified Operators already meets one or more Milestones, those Milestones are credited on acceptance. No Milestone Reward is credited for any period before your acceptance, and none is credited while the Program is inactive.

Milestone Rewards are gifts in the form of credit to your Reward Balance. They are denominated in USD, do not bear interest, and become payable only through the payout process in Section 8.

6. Reversal and clawback

  • If your count of Qualified Operators falls below a Milestone's required number — because of a refund, a chargeback, a loss of eligibility under Section 4.5, or a finding under Section 7 — the Milestone Reward for that Milestone is reversed, and a corresponding negative entry is recorded in your Reward Balance.
  • Reversal applies even if the Milestone Reward has already been paid out. A reversal may take your Reward Balance below zero. A negative balance is set off against amounts subsequently credited to your Reward Balance — including future Milestone Rewards and any credit arising under another arrangement recorded in the same balance (Section 1) — and, where it results from your breach of Section 7, is repayable to us on demand.
  • If your count of Qualified Operators later returns to or above the Milestone's required number, the Milestone Reward is restored and re-credited. Restoration does not multiply the reward: a Milestone can be in credit only once at any time.
  • Every unlock, reversal, and restoration is recorded in an auditable ledger with the reason and the underlying event.

7. Prohibited conduct

The following are breaches of these Terms:

  • referring yourself, an operator you own or control, or an organisation of which you are an owner, beneficial owner, officer, or active member;
  • creating, procuring, or supporting fabricated, dormant, straw-man, or nominee operators, or operators created principally to trigger a Milestone rather than to use the platform;
  • splitting a single operator business across multiple operator accounts or entities to inflate the count of Qualified Operators, or concealing a corporate relationship between operators;
  • generating purchase volume that is artificial, circular, self-funded, later refunded, or otherwise not a genuine commercial purchase;
  • operating multiple Affiliate Accounts, or transferring, selling, or pooling referrals or Affiliate Accounts;
  • providing false identity, KYB, ownership, or payout information, or acting as a front for a person who could not participate directly;
  • misleading, spam, malware-assisted, or trademark-infringing promotion, or promotion in a jurisdiction where it is unlawful; and
  • any attempt to circumvent the qualification, attribution, or anti-abuse controls described in these Terms.

Where we identify or reasonably suspect a breach, we may withhold, deny, suspend, reverse, or claw back any Milestone Reward, suspend or close your Affiliate Account, suspend payouts pending investigation, and disqualify any affected Operator Group. We may exercise these rights before an investigation concludes in order to prevent loss.

8. Payouts

8.1 Currency and network

Payouts are made only in USDT on the TRON network (TRC20). We do not pay in fiat currency, by bank transfer, or on any other chain or token standard under the Program. Your Reward Balance is denominated in USD and is settled in USDT.

8.2 Verification required before the first payout

Before your first payout, all of the following must be complete:

  • your web account is linked to your Telegram account and verified;
  • two-factor authentication is enabled on your account;
  • a USDT (TRC20) payout address is added and verified for your account; and
  • our team has completed a manual payout compliance review of your account.

We may repeat any of these checks at any time, and we may require additional identity, ownership, source-of-funds, or sanctions-screening information before making a payout.

8.3 Requests and limits

  • A payout request may be for no less than USD 10 and no more than USD 5,000.
  • You may submit at most one payout request per hour, and at most three payout requests per 24 hours.
  • A request may not exceed your available Reward Balance. The minimum, the maximum, and the frequency limits above apply to the Reward Balance as a whole (Section 1), not to Milestone Rewards alone.
  • Every payout request is reviewed and approved manually by our team before payment. Submitting a request does not create a right to immediate payment, and approval times vary with the volume and complexity of review.
  • The payout address you submit must be a valid TRC20 address that you control. Transfers on the TRON network are irreversible: we are not responsible for funds lost because you supplied an address that is incorrect, belongs to a third party, or belongs to a service that does not credit the transfer.
  • Network fees and any applicable deductions are borne as disclosed at the time of the request.

8.4 Withholding and set-off

We may suspend or withhold a payout while an investigation under Section 4.5 or Section 7 is open, while required verification is incomplete, where a legal, sanctions, or compliance obligation requires it, or where your Reward Balance is subject to a pending reversal. We may set off any negative Reward Balance, clawback, or amount you owe us against any amount otherwise payable to you.

8.5 Taxes

You are solely responsible for determining, reporting, and paying any tax, duty, or levy arising from your participation in the Program and from any payout you receive. Amounts stated in these Terms are gross of any tax that we are required by law to withhold.

9. Program status, changes, and versioning

  • The Program becomes operative on its Effective Date. No qualification is measured, and no Milestone Reward accrues, in respect of any period before that date. Activating the Program in our systems is an operational step that may take place on or after the Effective Date; where it takes place later, we count Settled Purchases back to the Effective Date, so that the delay costs you nothing. Milestone Rewards are credited only while the Program is active and reward crediting is enabled, as Section 5 states.
  • This version supersedes version affiliate-milestones-v1, dated 30 July 2026, in full and with effect from 3 August 2026. From that date, affiliate-milestones-v1 has no further application and these Terms are the only version of the Affiliate Program Terms in force. The change is material: it lowers the Qualification Threshold from USD 12,500 to USD 10,000 and replaces the net "Qualifying Contribution" measure — which was computed after deducting provider payables, an internal allocation, payment fees, taxes and other variable costs — with Qualifying Purchases, the purchase amount itself with nothing deducted. Definitions unrelated to that measure are unchanged.
  • No acceptance of affiliate-milestones-v1 is recorded in our systems, the Program was never activated under it, and no Milestone Reward accrued or was credited under it. The supersession therefore takes nothing away from anyone: no Affiliate is required to re-accept a version they accepted, because no acceptance of the superseded version exists.
  • The superseded text is not published at a separate URL. We retain it byte for byte, and we will supply the Canonical Text of affiliate-milestones-v1, or of any other version of these Terms we have published, on request under Section 13 — whether or not you accepted it.
  • These Terms are versioned. The version identifier, the document URL, and a SHA-256 hash of the Canonical Text are recorded with your acceptance, and that recorded hash is the authoritative record of the exact text you accepted.
  • A published version is never edited in place. Any change to the Canonical Text — including a typographical correction, a clarification, or a change of contact details — is published as a new version with a new version identifier. Any edit, however small, changes the SHA-256 digest of the Canonical Text, so this is what keeps the hash recorded with your acceptance checkable against the text it was taken from.
  • You can verify the text you accepted yourself. While the version you accepted is the current version, download the Canonical Text from https://aggregator.gg/legal/affiliate-program-terms.md and compute its SHA-256 digest: it equals the hash recorded with your acceptance. The hashed artifact is that file, not the rendered HTML page. Once a later version has superseded the version you accepted, that URL serves the later text — ask us under Section 13 and we will supply the Canonical Text of the version you accepted, byte for byte, so that you can recompute the digest yourself.
  • The hash recorded with your acceptance is supplied on request. It is not displayed in-product. Ask us under Section 13 and we will give you the SHA-256 digest recorded against your acceptance, together with the version identifier and the document URL recorded with it, so that you can compare it with a digest you compute yourself.
  • A material change to the Program or to these Terms requires your acceptance of the new version. Until you accept a version whose acceptance we require, no further Milestone Reward accrues to you under it. Milestone Rewards already credited and not reversed are not affected by the change itself; Section 6 continues to apply to them.
  • Where a new version only corrects the text without changing your rights or obligations, we say so when we publish it, and your acceptance of the version you already accepted stays in force — and rewards keep accruing under it — until we require acceptance of the new version.
  • We may suspend, pause, or discontinue the Program, in whole or in part, at any time, with notice in-product. On discontinuation, Milestone Rewards already credited to your Reward Balance and not reversed remain payable, subject to Sections 6, 7, and 8.
  • We may change the Qualification Threshold, the Milestone table, or the reward amounts only by publishing a new version of these Terms under this Section, and only with effect from the date that version takes effect. No such change removes a Milestone Reward already credited to your Reward Balance before that date.

10. No guarantee, no partnership

  • The Program is a discretionary marketing programme. Nothing in these Terms guarantees any level of referrals, qualification, reward, or income. Any figure, projection, or example we publish is illustrative only.
  • You participate as an independent party. These Terms do not create an employment, partnership, joint venture, agency, or franchise relationship, and you may not represent yourself as our employee, agent, or representative, or enter into any commitment on our behalf.
  • You have no authority to negotiate pricing, make commercial promises, or grant rights in respect of The Aggregator or its services.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with the Program is limited to the Milestone Rewards correctly credited to your Reward Balance and not reversed, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss of opportunity.

11. Data protection

Personal data processed in connection with the Program — including account, verification, payout, and acceptance records — is processed as described in our Privacy Policy. Acceptance, qualification, reward, and payout records are retained for as long as necessary for audit, accounting, tax, and anti-fraud purposes.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Costa Rica, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The parties shall attempt good-faith resolution for thirty (30) calendar days before commencing proceedings. Either party may seek urgent injunctive relief from a competent court.
