About
Three industry veterans, one shared vision for the future: the current aggregation model will face major challenges in 2027 under AI pressure.
The model everyone uses was designed before any of this was possible
Casino game aggregation still runs on revenue share, quarterly negotiations and integrations measured in months. That design made sense when moving games between two companies was genuinely hard. That model no longer makes sense, but established aggregators have little reason to change it while they keep earning a share of operators' revenue.
In February 2026 three of us — veterans of this industry who had spent the previous year watching what AI was doing to every part of it — decided the gap had become absurd. So the company charges for spins instead of revenue, and uses AI to bring more value to the iGaming ecosystem.
We think this market gets rebuilt within 12 to 18 months
Not improved — rebuilt. When integration drops from months to hours and operating a platform stops requiring a floor of people, the things a legacy aggregator charges for stop being scarce. Percentage-of-revenue pricing survives exactly as long as the difficulty that justified it.
That is our view of the future, and we are in the arena building it. AI, technology and the market change quickly, so we build the platform to adapt quickly too.
How we work
The boring parts are the product
Signing, idempotency, replay windows, reconciliation. None of it demos well and all of it decides whether an operator keeps their money. We spend our time there.
Research is not a department
The pace of the field is the reason this company exists. We rebuild our own tools when something better appears, including when it means throwing away work we liked.
Agents operate, people approve
We automate the operating and keep the judgement human. Not as a compromise — an agent that acts without a person on the other side is a liability with good marketing.
Only publish verified numbers
Every number on this site must have a source we can check. If we cannot verify it, we do not publish it.
Where we want to point this next
The licensed operator owns responsible gambling — the limits, the interventions, the duty of care. We are infrastructure, we are not the regulator, and we do not pretend otherwise.
But the pattern work we do for fraud is the same shape as the pattern work player protection needs, and we sit where the whole market's traffic crosses. Putting that to use — carefully, with the operator holding the duty and us holding the plumbing — is the piece of this we most want to get to.
We would rather say that as an intention than dress it up as a finished feature. When it does ship, this page will say what it does and what it does not.
