A summary of the requirements for using Aggregator.gg’s B2B API infrastructure. The applicable Operator Service Offer and its schedules govern use of the service.
Aggregator.gg provides API authentication, routing, metering and technical connectivity between Operators and Game Providers.
Operators must use the service for lawful purposes permitted by their agreement, maintain the licences and approvals required for their activities, and comply with applicable market restrictions.
The Operator Service Offer requires notice within five Working Days of a licence suspension, revocation, restriction or material change.
Operators are responsible for safeguarding API keys, signing secrets and other credentials, and for implementing the security measures required by the agreement.
Use must comply with access controls, rate limits and technical protection measures. Restrictions on reverse engineering, software modification and intellectual property are set out in Section 7 of the Operator Service Offer.
Provider Content may be accessed and used through the service only within the permissions granted by the agreement.
The Operator Service Offer prohibits sublicensing, reselling, redistributing or re-aggregating Provider Content to third parties.
Operators purchase prepaid API Call packages. Package deductions are based on Metered Successful API Calls as defined in Schedule A, independently of wager amounts, winnings or GGR.
For integrations established or migrated through Aggregator.gg, Operators must not route real API traffic outside the service to circumvent metering.
Operators must report relevant incidents through the designated channels, meet the notification requirements in Schedule C and preserve evidence required by the agreement.
Aggregator.gg may restrict or suspend access in the circumstances described in the Operator Service Offer. Emergency suspension requests and incident handling follow its verification and response requirements.
